Donald Trump has spoken out with a chilling warning as tensions between Iran and Israel continue to escalate.
We are now on day four of Iran and Israel trading strikes, following Israel’s attack on Iran’s nuclear sites on June 13. Several top generals and nuclear scientists were reportedly killed in the assault.
Iran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that if Israeli attacks cease, “our responses will also stop.”
Trump has since expressed his support for Israel and took to Truth Social to deny any U.S. involvement in the latest strikes.
“The U.S. had nothing to do with the attack on Iran tonight,” Trump wrote. “If we are attacked in any way, shape or form by Iran, the full strength and might of the U.S. Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before.
“However, we can easily get a deal done between Iran and Israel, and end this bloody conflict!!!”
Iran’s UN ambassador reported that 78 people have been killed so far, with over 320 wounded.
In Israel, at least 10 people were killed, bringing the total death toll there to 13.
